9.1 Data retention
Ø Principle of retention by data Controller: We will retain personal information in accordance with relevant policies, laws and regulations and the purpose of data authorization. The principle of minimum necessary period shall not exceed the time limit required to achieve the original processing purpose. When the purpose of data processing changes or terminates, the data deletion procedure shall be initiated immediately.
